I had been working in the hospitality and bar world for more than half my life; I started as a glass collector whilst at university in Glasgow, Scotland and I finished with opening The Spaniard in the West Village. So, I wanted to focus on helping normalize and promote non-alc beer in the hospitality world.

Cargo Brewery also produces lagers, pilsners, IPAs, and ales, and this year plans to open a beer hall that will serve as an events space and production venue for beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks.
