We’ve had the benefit of trying many samples, and we even host company-wide monthly happy hours where we make our favorite cocktails– sans alcohol– using Seedlip , one of these alcohol-free spirits. Now, don’t expect it to taste like actual liquor. Add the tonic water first, and then add ice.

Instagram Worthy Cocktails The restaurant added a new “#BrunchDrinking” small but impactful selection of cocktails to the breakfast, brunch and lunch menus, increasing beverage sales before Happy Hour and dinner time. But this is a reverse trend for us, and we have seen substantial increases in our liquor volumes.

Fox 6 went inside the Explorium Brewpub , which apparently has a liquor library. Brewbound shared the press release for Revolution’s new Cold Time premium lager. Another Cleveland-area brewery, Market Garden , is jumping on the Eclipse train to brew a special IPA with Heinen’s grocery stores for the big event in April.
