Most everyone I know already has their OOOs set for Spring Break and my world’s feeling fairly slow heading into this weekend, but I do have a barrel-aged Odd Side stout with hazelnuts and bacon in my fridge, so I should probably tend to that today, huh? Beats shoveling the driveway. Saint Errant says yes you are !

They can still celebrate that GABF medal that they won for their barrel-aged stout Count Humongous Chungus. As always, you never need a reason to visit Delilah’s , but they are holding an “unprecedented” Bourbon County Stout tasting event on 11/24 that will cover two decades of BCBS. ” Whew!

Is this an indication of a pivot away from hazy IPAs and pastry stouts? Their new barrel-aged imperial Vietnamese coffee stout sounds like it could be pretty delicious, especially alongside a crispy banh xeo and bowl of pho. Apparently he bailed on a bunch of other scheduled promotional events though.)

This New Zealand-style pilsner is dry hopped with Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka, all grown by Freestyle Hops, who are putting out some of the best hops in the world. And this stout in particular was one of my favorites from the Oregon producer. They also have one of the best teams of people you could meet. brewers in the country.
