According to reporting from Beer Business Daily as well as posts and stories across social media, Lagunitas announced plans today to close their massive Chicago production facility and taproom space on the city’s southwest side. The adjacent warehouse will remain in operation, with a few employees held over at that space, but otherwise the final day of operation at the Douglas Park facility will be August 1st.
