At Bar-i , we often see a phenomenon we call the “Jesus pour” when we first start working with new clients. To be clear, the “Jesus pour” is a term unique to our internal Bar-i vocabulary. You won’t hear it when you work with other bar inventory providers. To address the elephant in the room, we’re not religious – we just think the name has a ring to it and is a bit funny.

Three items stand before you: a sealable container, a pile of freshly sliced fruit, and a bottle of booze. The type of fruit and category of booze can be arbitrary, but for the sake of argument, let’s say the fruit is pippin apples and the booze is vodka.
