Hidden Barn is rolling out the 3rd installment of Hidden Barn Kentucky Straight Bourbon, this one finished in a Madeira cask. Dubbed “Perfect Harmony,” master blender Jackie Zykan selected 8 barrels distilled by Neeley Family Distillery with a base age of at least 6 years. The bourbon was then transferred into first-fill Madeira casks for a finishing period of 7 months.
