While the Oktoberfest labels have been plentiful this year, I haven’t seen any standout pumpkin ale labels … until today. The New Illinois Beer Label of the Week: 93 Octane does a lot to pair beers with car styles or car-centric stuff (see also: their various oil-weight stouts like the 10W30 ) and you can’t tell me that a muscled-out clown car isn’t the perfect vehicle for something pumpkin spiced.

The Andhra Pradesh cabinet has approved the adoption of a private retail model for liquor sales across the state in a bid to improve the efficiency of managing liquor business operations, as outlined in the new excise policy of the state. The cabinet, led by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, gave its approval for this policy on 18th September. As part of the new excise policy, the government has reserved 10 percent of liquor retail outlets for members of the toddy-tappers community.

Is This Glen Garioch Similar To The Regular Glen Garioch Bottles? A little, yes. You can definitely spot the classic Glen Garioch style in this single cask expression. But it has some lighter elements provided by the Oloroso sherry, which in itself in itself is a little unusual. Glen Garioch can be a very heavy and intense liquid, but it can also have some incredibly delicate elements to it, this is clearly the latter.
