Is this an indication of a pivot away from hazy IPAs and pastry stouts? I only learned of its existence while scanning ILCC brewery license documentation (because that’s how I party) but I was never able to get to it on any of my trips to the city. Like, anywhere. That brewery is Pho No. 1 Brewing Co.
