Imbibe Magazine

While the Veda on its own would make for a unique digestif, it also lends well to cocktails. I paired it with a spicy rye whiskey for a delightfully complex Manhattan riff. Three Non-Alc Spirits You Can Enjoy Neat

Dry Atlas

While I have by no means exhausted all the non-alcoholic spirits that mimic their full ABV counterparts, I have yet to find a gin or whiskey that can truly fly solo. Balanced with sweetness from perhaps citrus, honey, or other plants, you have a complex, sometimes bold, aperitivo or digestif that will both surprise and delight you.
