Here’s an update we’re happy to see: After many months of waiting, Demo Brewery has finally announced an opening date. Dovetail’s Sunday afternoon soba noodle demo is sold out, but you can still head to their loft at 4pm for a tachinomi (or standing bar) experience with Japanese-style beer service. That they made!

As of a few days ago, Demo Brewery reported that y’all had drank them out of six of their ten beers. The winner of Goose Island’s BCS Bracket surprised me ; I thought for sure it’d be Fourteen Stout. Between this and Hopewell’s Choom, we are in a golden age of weed-drink naming conventions. Good work.
