This isn’t a trendy craftcocktail bar with mustachioed mixologists and $30 cocktails. The cocktail, called “Under the Purple Sea,” looks much better than it tastes — somewhere between an alcohol-spiked Pacific Cooler Capri Sun and Sour Patch Kids watermelon candy.
