In advance of National Beer Day, a gathering of a couple dozen beer and beverage makers are gathering at Artifact Events on April 5th for something they’re calling New Beer’s Eve. Penrose celebrates their 10th Anniversary next Saturday (April 6th). Tickets are available here.

On Sunday, Moor’s Brewing Company celebrates National Beer Day by hosting an Englewood history tour with Shermann “Dilla” Thomas on April 7. Tickets are available here.

East Village Oktoberfest has craft beer, classic Oktoberfest and Mexican cuisine, live polka and banda music, tribute bands, a showcase of vintage cars and interactive games. East Village Oktoberfest also adds another local element: a diverse selection of San Diego crafted lagers, ales, and local brews.

It is free to enter, tho there is an $8 charge to get into the three – yes three – beer gardens. The location is La Mesa Village (Orange Line Trolley).
