I know in my head that it was just last Friday because we have these poll results to look at…but it doesn’t feel like it: A majority of “I’ll get there at some point” kinda sums up a lot about craftbeer at the current moment, doesn’t it? Good work. That’s a lot of stuff going on.
That said, congrats to those of you who are happy enough with your current jobs that you don’t need to see any other available roles in the beer business: If you’re not at Dark Lord Day tomorrow (or getting their new Dark Lord whiskey right now !), Dog Lager at (of course) Clark Street Dog.
In other “maybe it’s still happening” news, we’re still hoping for the opening of Demo Brewing in Ravenswood. Whiskey Hill hasn’t posted about their Mount Prospect location in a while, which they said was supposed to open in late fall — but that’s still on our radar too. Let me know.
