Woodinville Whiskey Company Straight Bourbon Whiskey (2025) We last saw this release 8 years ago, and it looks to be the same — pot distillate, made from a mash of 72% corn, 22% rye and 6% malted barley.

Since bourbon is mostly made from corn — the mash in question here is 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley — doesn’t it make sense to create a whiskey tie-in? Distilled by MGP at an age of 7 years old, blended at Nevada’s Minden Mill , and bottled in California, this is a country-trotting expression to be sure.
