Here’s an update we’re happy to see: After many months of waiting, Demo Brewery has finally announced an opening date. Tomorrow night, head to Artifact Events in Ravenswood for the Best Friends Turn 11 celebration held by Begyle and Bottles & Cans. Good things take time. Looks like a nice space, too !

Alter Brewing has produced a special beer for DNC events hosted by JB Pritzker called JBeer. Looks like the Gov is at Centennial Crafted Beer & Eatery in River North today for the debut. Alter has a Pritzker beer; Minocqua has a Kamala beer; which Minnesota brewery wants to be the first to put out a Tim Walz beer?

Subscribe now Block Club Chicago got the first inside look at Demo Brewing , which recently had a soft open in advance of their official grand opening at the end of the month. …and if all that Marzen you’ve been drinking for the past couple weeks is too much sweetness, The Open Bottle - Tinley is hosting a pickle beer tasting tomorrow too. Demo Brewery has already added a couple of new fermenters to their facility. And, of course, Oktoberfests are still Oktoberfesting.
