Karis Visth is the restaurant manager and head sommelier at KOKS. Are there beers or spirits from Greenland? We chose to brew our own beer for the KOKS Ilimanaq project in collaboration with the Faroese brewery OY. The beer is crafted with two typically Greenlandic products — blueberries and juniper.
Las Torres is the only hotel in Patagonia to brew its own beer — fermented in a small cabin just outside the bar and made with water from the glaciers and hops grown in the organic garden.
