Suncatcher Brewing has been on our radar since they rolled out a few beers in May 2023 at a Beer Temple event. You might recall that those beers — a pale ale, a red ale and a sub-4% ABV brown ale — were brewed by Half Acre head brewer Matt Gallagher at no less than Hill Farmstead. That was fun, wasn’t it?
