The Democratic National Convention is the biggest political event to happen in Chicago in decades, so if there’s a craft beer angle to that gathering, we’re going to cover it. Ray Stout, executive director of the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild , chatted with us about just that. How’d they make that happen?
It’s… The New Illinois Beer Label of the Week: My one visit to Ravenswood’s Demo Brewery a few months back reminded me of how most breweries used to feel a decade ago — small, very industrial feeling, a little thrown together. Happy Label Wednesday, friends.
