The highest rated beer from Illinois this year belongs to Phase Three , whose Consume S-101 Stout broke the Top 20. Beermiscuous Highwood hosts a bonsai workshop and demo on Sunday but check their calendar for their We+Su Beer Stand featuring Japanese-style pour service throughout the month. Pretty impressive.
