We have been reporting expert predictions from bartenders, bar owners, brand ambassadors, executives and the like all month with a simple goal—To find out what spirits we’ll be pouring in 2024. One obvious trend has emerged which shapes what we’ll be drinking in the years to come—the popularity of authenticity.
The Art of ITALICUS Aperitivo Challenge invites bartenders from around the world to create an original aperitivo cocktail showcasing ITALICUS Rosolio di Bergamotto and inspired by any form of art. The cocktail itself is the bridge, blending both worlds like the ‘Home Sweet Home’ aria’s bittersweet emotions.
It’s the perfect blend (pun intended) of celebrating and supporting the bartending community. This year’s Regional Final hosts bartenders at each event for two days. The finalists also have the opportunity to let their hair down a little, meet the other bartenders from their state, and a bit of downtime away from the demands of work!
This triggered us to advertise medals through online and print media to promote the Headlands’ portfolio and further illustrate the unique selling points of our products. London Competitions special category winners are also invited in once a year VIP cocktail party hosted by Bverage Trade Network at ProWein.
Photos by Dean Foreman Kelsey got his first big break starring in an MTV commercial promoting the movie Dick Tracy, where he played the lead alongside Warren Beatty, Madonna, and Al Pacino. My production company, Table 23, is named after the VIP table I served at during my twenties at the famous Ivy at The Shore in Santa Monica.
