Founded in 2008 as a platform for burgeoning bartenders to learn and work alongside industry leaders and experts, CAP has hosted more than 500 apprentices during its 16-year tenure. By working directly with seminar presenters, program apprentices hone their skills while simultaneously learning about both the history and future of their craft.
