Tell us a bit about how you got started in the hospitality industry and where you have worked before. I think what sparked my interest in hospitality is my curiosity towards flavors. A venue that resembles a 1920’ speakeasy deserves a classic hospitality approach, but a modern Gold Coast needs a modern touch.
