How long have you been in the Mixology / Bartending world & where did you get your start? I started barbacking at an awesome little beer and bourbon bar called Bondurants on the Upper East Side (of Manhattan). This is where I really started to get into the mixology side of the bar business. What inspires you about mixology?

Today, Kellie Thorne is the Global Headquarters Bar and Mixology Lead for Suntory Global Spirits in NYC. On busy Friday nights, she would pump milk in the basement, and the barbacks set up a special spot in the walk-in for her to stash the bottles. In fact, Bennetts insurance was better than that of his wife, a partner in a law firm.
