Today, Kellie Thorne is the Global Headquarters Bar and Mixology Lead for Suntory Global Spirits in NYC. I can still hold a bottle in my hand. On busy Friday nights, she would pump milk in the basement, and the barbacks set up a special spot in the walk-in for her to stash the bottles.
