It combines the spiciness of ginger beer, the tanginess of lime juice and the smoothness of vodka. To make a Moscow Mule , mix 1 ½ ounces of vodka, 3 ounces of ginger beer and ½ ounce of fresh lime juice in a copper mug filled with ice. Shake well, then strain into a highball or tiki glass filled with crushed ice.
