Right around the time we really started appreciable amounts of contract distilling, we had just released our first Bottled in Bond. We have 30% left, but they have the option to buy that in 2031. I mean, people pay $9000 now for a bottle of Pappy 23! When is all this whiskey ever going to end up in bottles?

As a final piece, we upcycle our used Frey Ranch whiskey bottles into candles, vases and grain jars and encourage customers to reuse their bottles or drop them off at the Ranch. In addition to the bottle itself, the topper is made with 100% recycled metal. What might people not understand for a true grain-to-bottle operation?
