The Eden Mill x East Neuk Salt Company Smoked Salt Sugar Syrup To create the syrup, St Monans sea salt and sugar were smoked using cask staves that were used to mature Eden Mill’s award-winning single malt scotch. Eden Mill’s distillery is currently under construction and is set to be completed in Spring 2025.
