Most craft brewers couldn’t imagine life without IPA. In those pockets of regionality, amber lagers, Scotch Ales, fruited sours, traditional beers, and other recipes are almost as popular as IPAs. I mean, I love IPAs. I mean, I love IPAs. Occasionally, they even represent the best-selling craft beer on the market.
After reconnecting in 2017, we were very fortunate to welcome a son to the world in 2021. So, I wanted to focus on helping normalize and promote non-alc beer in the hospitality world. From the outset, Dylan and I set out not to make a great non-alc IPA, but instead to make a great IPA that just happens to also be non-alc.

Since 2021, I’ve closely followed the non-alcoholic (NA) beer space and witnessed the rise of small-to-medium-sized breweries crafting their own NA beers, often serving them locally or in taprooms, with some even expanding into national distribution.
