After spending 8 years maturing in ex-bourbon casks, this whisky was finished in Bordeaux wine casks from St. Located on the rugged and beautiful Isle of Skye, Talisker Distillery stood as the only distillery on the island until the opening of Torabhaig in 2017. Julien for a further 12 years. Bottled at 52.5%

The texture and aroma are derived from its unique production from the blend of Grain and Single Pot still whiskey, as similar to the single malt whiskey (mash of malted and un-malted barley), small amount of Oats and wheat may have been used at time. As the Madeira cask earlier used to age the Madeira wine.

For the second expression, Nick Offerman also collaborated with his father, Ric, to release a father-son whisky – the Offermans have been making short Father’s Day videos for Lagavulin since 2017. In 2022, Nick Offerman combined three passions, wood, Lagavulin, and steak, to create the 3 rd Offerman Edition, Charred Oak Cask.

The resulting spirit was matured in a combination of four different casks: bourbon barrels, sherry casks, virgin oak casks, and Bordeaux wine casks. Benriach The Twenty One was distilled from a combination of peated and unpeated barley. Whisky from each cask type was expertly blended by Master Blender, Rachel Barrie.
