This particular expression was created in collaboration with Goose Island Brewery to finish this bourbon blend in Bourbon County Brand Stout barrels. The bourbon is a blend of 6 and 7 year old bourbons from Kentucky that was finished for 12 months in stout barrels.

Included in the blend are straight rye whiskeys distilled in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 each with a mash bill recipe of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. Also included are two straight bourbon whiskeys distilled in 2016 and 2017. Selected by Master Blender Dr. Stuart Morrison, the whisky here was finished in Caribbean pot still rum casks.
