In 2016, I opened ROKC (Ramen Oysters Kitchen Cocktails) in Hamilton Heights, and following its success, I opened NR (’N ROLL) on the Upper East Side in Fall of 2019. Debuting in 1821, Luxardo cemented its place in cocktail history right out of the gate with their Luxardo Rosolio Maraschino cherry liqueur and, shortly after, their iconic candied Maraschino Cherries, and the brand hasn’t stopped innovating since. A few years later, in 2016, the Bianco Negroni was introduced into the world.

Fritsch’s “Nouveau Traite de la Fabrication des Liqueurs.” Of the dozen original creations, I opted for a Strawberry Oolong featuring Milky Oolong tea, Prosecco , and two Italian bitters blended and infused with strawberries to account for its lack of Campari-produced products.

In 2015, the team opened Oriole in Smithfield Market, soon after named ‘Best New International Cocktail Bar’ at the Spirited Awards 2016. Oriole will open at 7-9 Slingsby Place on 28th August.
