Lovely as an aperitif. This Sparkling Tea (0% ABV – 150mg Caffeine per 1L) was developed by the award-winning Danish sommelier Jacob Kocemba. goes down perfectly as an aperitif. and in 2015 he created his own non-alcoholic wine, this one, the Blanc de Blanc! Good, active bubbles. I found it quite sweet yet refreshing.
