Drinkhacker first checked in with 2bar’s bourbon in 2014 with a bottling aged for 9 months in 15-gallon barrels. Given the state of craft bourbon in 2014, 2bar’s youthful whiskey graded comparatively well. 128 proof.

For this bottling, two bourbon mash bills were used — one with a high-rye 35% recipe and another with a moderate 18% rye recipe.
