Whiskey Del Bac , a craft distillery founded in 2011, makes single malts richly smoked with mesquite, a flavor that co-founder Stephen Paul calls “the signature aroma of the desert Southwest.”

Here, BCS begins by blending straight bourbon whiskeys from Indiana (aged 6, 7 & 9 years), Tennessee (aged 8 & 14 years), and Kentucky (aged 8 years). Made using a mash bill recipe of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley, this whisky was distilled in spring 2011. Bottled at 57.1% ABV, availability begins in April 2024.
